What’s new in Zicelo
The Windows app updates automatically. On Android, download the new APK from the downloads page.
Website and web app
- The zicelo.ro site, with Free, Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans.
- Web app: meetings, transcriptions by speaker, search, “Ask Zicelo,” tasks, AI skills, channels, clips, and public links.
- Upload audio and video files and record directly from your browser, including from your phone.
- Integrations with work apps (Slack, Teams, Notion, CRMs, project managers), webhooks, API, and MCP connector for Claude and ChatGPT.
- Voice agents with public link, email assistant, Chrome extension.
- Teams: shared dictionary and shortcuts, groups, company domain, data policy, usage analytics.
Windows 0.2.2
- Hotkeys can be changed from Settings › Hotkeys: dictation, command mode, cancel, “paste again.”
- Google Calendar / Outlook errors show full messages, not just codes.
Windows 0.2.1
- Fixed text pasting (after moving to Electron 45, some dictations wouldn’t paste and showed incorrect “No connection”).
- A pasting error is no longer treated as no internet: text stays in history.
Notetaker for Windows
- The “Meetings” page: notes from any call (Teams, Zoom, Meet, Webex), no bot needed.
- Google Calendar, Outlook or iCal link; auto start when the calendar meeting begins and the call app holds the mic.
- Your mic and computer sound separated (“You” / “Others”); live transcription and summary a few seconds after stopping.
- “Copy summary” and “Email to participants.”
